Return and Refund Policy
At Flora Alive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process, as outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Some products, such as custom-made or perishable items, may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at suport.floraalive@gmail.com to initiate the return.
- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. Once the return is processed, we will place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Customised or personalised items
- Perishable goods
